Barbecue Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tube (10 oz.) buttermilk biscuits
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Separate into ten biscuits.
    Flatten into 5-inch circles. Press each circle into a greased muffin cup.
    In skillet, brown beef; drain.
    Mix ketchup, sugar, vinegar and chili powder.
    Add meat and mix well.
    Divide meat mixture among biscuits; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
