A Cake That Doesn'T Last - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. bananas, mashed
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Make a well in center.
Add eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas. Stir; do not beat.
Will only take a few stirs to mix.
Pour into large Bundt pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
May be glazed when cool, if desired.
