Chicken Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast halves
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 (1 lb.) head romaine lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces (about 8 c.)
    1 c. garlic croutons
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Microwave or grill chicken.
    When meat is cool enough to handle, cut into 1/4-inch crosswise strips and set aside.
    Combine vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Gradually whisk olive oil into dressing.
