Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
2 small cans chopped kraut, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 small jar pimentos or red pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Let stand overnight.
Keeps 5 to 6 days in refrigerator.
