Spinach Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Puritan oil
    1 large green pepper, sliced or chopped
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    any meat or fish as desired
    1 large onion (white/red), sliced
    1 tsp. dill powder
    1 small can tomatoes
    frozen chopped spinach
Preparation
    Using a medium pot, pour Puritan oil into pot and warm it. Cut the onion and fry, adding the the green pepper, tomatoes and meat or fish.
    Add the dill and cinnamon powders and stir.
    Let all cook for about 10 minutes and add 1 package of frozen chopped spinach.
    Boil until thawed, mixing with other ingredients.
    Cook until tender, stirring constantly.
    Serve over rice, potatoes or even bread.
