Texas Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 stick butter
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    2 cans Ro-Tel
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    soft tortilla shells
    Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms in 1/2 stick of butter.
    Put to side.
    Cut chicken in strips and cook in 1/2 stick of butter. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Mix Ro-Tel and soup.
    Put 1/2 of mixture into chicken.
    Add onion and pepper.
