Apple-Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. mace
3 c. chopped apples
2 c. walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and mace.
Add gradually.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Bake in a tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
