Crab Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
5 oz. jar Old English cheese
1 1/2 tsp. mayo
1/2 tsp. salt
7 oz. can crabmeat
6 English muffins (12 halves)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except muffins.
Spread on muffin halves.
Cut muffins in fourths.
Freeze until ready to use. (This works well!)
Broil until edges brown and cheese bubbles. Makes 48.
