Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fryer, cut up
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet, arrange chicken in a single layer.
    Stir together the remaining ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover and let bubble gently, turning several times until chicken is tender, about 40 minutes.
