Mom'S Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    pineapple juice
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 pie crust
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in saucepan (except egg yolk, vanilla, pie crust and whipped cream).
    Stir on low heat until boils.
    Stir constantly so it doesn't burn.
    After boils, add beaten egg yolk, cook 1 minute longer.
    Add vanilla.
    It should appear thick.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Refrigerate 1 hour and top with whipped cream.
