Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 or 2 Tbsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Let cheeses set at room temperature.
Form in log after adding pecans and garlic powder.
Roll in chili powder.
