Blueberry Cottage Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1/2 c. honey
    1 egg, beaten to blend
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 additional egg, beaten to blend
    ice cream or whipped cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 7 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; turn into prepared pan.
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl.
    Combine milk, butter and remaining egg.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
    Spoon over berries up to edge.
    Bake until tester inserted comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
