Wild Rice And Country Ham Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. pie crust
    1 c. cubed ham
    1/2 c. cooked wild rice
    4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Bake pie crust at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over crust.
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Pour over cheese.
    Beat together eggs, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over ham.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
