Our Favorite Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
cinnamon/sugar mixture
about 6 apples

Preparation

Instead of apples, fresh peach slices can be used or 1/2 cut pieces of plums.
