Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs and banana pulp; beat well.
    Add sifted dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
    Mix well. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in a preheated, moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Cool well; store overnight before cutting.
    Makes 1 loaf.
