Debbie'S Cheesy Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 boneless chicken breast halves
    6 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    7 oz. spaghetti
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. mushrooms, drained
    2 oz. pimento
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes; add to water.
    Cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer 10 minutes or until done; drain.
    Combine 6 cups water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and olive oil.
    Bring to a boil and add spaghetti; cook 10 minutes or until almost tender.
    Drain well and set aside.
