Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. bran
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 12-cup muffin pan.
    In a small bowl, combine eggs, oil, honey and vanilla.
    In a large bowl, combine flour, bran, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add eggs, oil, honey and vanilla mixture and stir until mixed.
    Blend in blueberries.
    Pour batter into buttered muffin pan and bake for 25 minutes.
    Remove pan and cool on a wire rack.
