Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen cheese tortellini or 3 1/2 oz. dried cheese tortellini
1 small red sweet pepper, cut into thin bite size strips
3/4 c. broccoli flowerets
1 small carrot, thinly sliced
1/3 c. sliced olives (green or black)
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. purchased pesto sauce
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Cook tortellini according to package directions and drain. Rinse with cold water and drain well. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked tortellini, sweet pepper, broccoli, carrot and olives.
