Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layers)
    1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut the softened margarine into the dry cake mix.
    Put this mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Build up the edges slightly.
    Bake this for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Drain most of the juice from the canned apples.
    Arrange the slices over the top of the partially cooled baked crust.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top of apples.
    Combine sour cream and beaten egg. Drizzle over top of apples and sugar.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 until edges are light brown.
    Do not over bake.
    Cut in squares and serve warm.
