Brown Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long grain rice
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Place oil into iron skillet.
Add rice and brown, stirring constantly.
When rice gets dark brown, remove skillet from burner and add water.
Reduce heat of burner to lowest setting.
Return skillet to burner and cook, tightly covered, for about 15 minutes.
