Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

In a shallow bowl, combine cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic and pepper; mix well.
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then in cheese mixture.
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until tender.
