Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. yellow squash
    1/4 c. onion
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 carton sour cream
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup or chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted butter
    8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together.
    Combine the carrots, sour cream and soup in another bowl.
    Mix the butter and dressing together.
    Line bottom of casserole dish with 1/2 dressing mixture. Drain squash well and mix with soup mixture.
    Place on dressing. Top with remaining dressing and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
