Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) stuffing mix
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen butternut squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 grated carrots
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Preparation
    Cook squash according to directions.
    Melt margarine and add stuffing mix.
    Mix well.
    Line bottom of 8-inch square baking dish with mixture, reserving 1/3 cup for topping.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle reserved topping over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
