Italian Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. pepperoni or ham, grated
    1 pkg. broccoli, chopped
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Bake pie crust 5 minutes to set; then pour ingredients into shell and bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
