Scallop Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sea scallops
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 lb. snow peas
    1/4 lb. cashews
    4 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet or wok. Saute scallops
    in melted butter for 3 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes. Pour in teriyaki sauce and cook 2 additional minutes. Stir in cashews just before serving. Serve over favorite rice.
