Sweet Spiced Walnuts Or Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    5 c. walnut or pecan halves or pieces
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease a 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat together egg white and water with a fork. Add nuts; toss to coat. In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and
    salt. Sprinkle sugar mixture over walnuts (pecans); toss to coat.
    Spread nuts in prepared baking pan. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Spread on waxed paper. Cool. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container. Makes 7 cups nuts.
