Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    2 cans cream of celery or cream of chicken soup*
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 1/2 c. rice (half cooked)
    chicken legs or thighs (about 5 each)**
Preparation
    Melt butter; pour in bottom of casserole dish.
    Add rice. Place chicken on rice.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix soup and water.
    Pour this mixture over chicken.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
