Ingredients

1 c. fresh orange sections
1/4 c. orange juice
4 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped unpeeled apples
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring often.
When mixture boils, reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 10 minutes or until cranberries burst.
Mash berries a bit.
Pour out and chill.
