Hot Water Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. hot water
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and hot water all together until foamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook in 13 x 9-inch pan or muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes at 315\u00b0.
