Skinny Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 bouillon cube (Knorr beef)
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 onion, diced
    2 large cans V-8 juice
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    fresh chopped veggies *
Preparation
    *Suggestions:
    carrots, zucchini, potatoes, cauliflower, 1 green pepper, cabbage, green beans, broccoli, etc., whatever you have.
