Trimmed-Down Taco Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef, crumbled
    1/2 c. green pepper, washed, seeded, cored, ends removed and chopped
    1/2 c. onion, peeled, ends removed and chopped
    12 oz. canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    6 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. salsa
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. sour cream or low-fat substitute
    1/3 c. reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. unsalted tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 10-inch deep dish style microwave-safe pie plate, combine ground beef, green pepper and onion.
    Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once to break meat apart.
    Remove from microwave and drain.
    Add beans, tomato sauce, salsa and chili powder; mix well and set aside.
