Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken, skinned
    1 large onion
    3 shallots, mashed and chopped
    ginger, chopped
    garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    3 c. chicken stock
    1 can tomato sauce
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    bay leaf
Preparation
    Clean the chicken and cut into pieces.
    Boil with shallots, little ginger, salt and 3 cups of water in a saucepan.
    Take the chicken out, fry or bake until lightly brown.
