Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. whole pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 or 2 drops vanilla
Preparation

Boil sugar and water until it spins a thread.
Add cinnamon, vanilla and pecans.
Stir like crazy.
When pecans are coated well, pour out onto waxed paper.
Break apart, if needed.
