Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 baked pie shell (pastry, graham cracker or cookie)
1 can mandarin oranges
sliced kiwi fruit
1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Blend with mixer the cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Fold in the Cool Whip.
Put into pie shell.
Top with the oranges, kiwi fruit and pineapple around or any fruit, canned or fresh, you desire.
Cover and refrigerate a couple of hours before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
