Pineapple Bavarian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
small can crushed pineapple
1/2 pkg. lemon jello
crushed graham crackers
Preparation

Cook together egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and crushed pineapple until thick.
Add lemon gelatin.
Stir well and cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add 1/2 cup sugar and fold into cold mixture. Put crushed crackers in buttered round or square glass cake pan, saving some for top.
Pour pudding on crackers and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Chill 24 hours.
Can also be frozen.
