Buttermilk Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh peaches (5 c. peeled and sliced)
    2 egg yolks
    3/4 c. honey (12 Tbsp.), slightly warmed
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Peel, pit and slice peaches.
    Puree them in an electric blender.
    In a large bowl, combine egg yolks and 6 tablespoons of honey mixture.
    Add lemon juice and vanilla.
