Easy Roll Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening until it looks like meal.
    Add water, vinegar and egg all at once.
    Mix lightly.
    Roll on floured board.
    Makes 4 (9-inch) pie shells.
