Chocolate Chunk Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. unsalted butter (2 sticks)
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped in small chunks
Preparation
    In medium bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add to butter mixture and combine. Divide dough in half and place on sheets of parchment paper.
    Roll each half into a log about 1 1/2 inches.
    Refrigerate until firm, 2 hours or overnight.
    Cut logs into 1/4-inch and place on pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
