White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1 lb. butter
    1 1/4 lb. flour (5 c.)
    1 1/2 lb. sugar (2 2/3 c.)
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. candied citron
    1 lb. pecans
    2 lb. white raisins
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut nuts and fruits in small pieces; roll in flour and then add to other ingredients that have been well mixed.
    This makes a 5 pound cake.
    Bake 4 hours at 375\u00b0.
    If two smaller cakes are preferred, bake 2 1/2 pound one for 2 1/2 hours.
