Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. sausage (I use Jimmy Dean mild sausage)
1 c. rice
1 can beef broth
1 can beef consomme
Preparation
-
Brown sausage and drain.
Add rice, beef broth and beef consomme.
Place in casserole dish and cover.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
