Cranberry Holiday Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. orange Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 can jelled cranberry sauce
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. English walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add orange rind and cranberry sauce.
Chill until thick.
Stir in pineapple and celery.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill until firm, 3 to 4 hours.
