Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white bread cubes
2 c. oatmeal bread cubes
4 c. milk, scalded
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes.
Add butter, salt and sugar.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake in larger pan of hot water in moderate oven (350\u00b0) until firm, about 50 minutes.
Serve piping hot with cold vanilla ice cream.
