Brown Sugar Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Place all frosting ingredients, except vanilla and confectioners sugar, into small saucepan.
    Bring slowly to a full rolling boil, stirring until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla and sugar.
    Quickly pour over cooled cake, allowing it to run down sides and set.
    Frosting will harden very quickly.
