Pineapple Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chops
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can (8 oz.) crushed or chunk pineapple
1 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Season chops with salt and pepper.
Brown well in butter (skillet).
Add pineapple and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until tender (about 20 minutes).
Move chops to one side, add water to salt.
Bring to a boil, stir in rice.
Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 3 or 4 servings.
