Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. sliced carrots
1/4 c. butter
1 small onion
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook carrots until soft.
Saute onion and butter.
Add flour, milk, seasoning and cheese.
Add carrots; put in a casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
