German Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large onion, chopped
3 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut with caraway seed
Preparation

Cook the onion in bacon fat until lightly browned; drain. Combine all in frying pan.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
Serve hot.
