Chicken Neapolitan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole chicken breasts
    8 cloves garlic
    18 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. parsley (fresh Italian)
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Saute the garlic and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    After sauteing, remove from pan and set aside.
    Cut chicken into chunks and dredge in flour.
    Add chicken to pan, along with 2 more tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter.
    Saute chicken until golden, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and garlic to the chicken.
    Reduce heat to medium.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add the heavy cream; stir.
    Cream will reduce; add more cream if necessary.
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
