Swiss Cheese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, skinned and partially boned
8 slices processed or natural Swiss cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. water
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Arrange chicken breasts in shallow baking dish and place one slice of cheese over each piece.
Stir soup and water together. Spoon evenly over chicken. Crush the stuffing mix coarsely and sprinkle over the top.
Evenly drizzle with butter or margarine. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
It may be served with more hot cream of chicken soup sauce, diluted with milk, if desired.
