Brushetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Fresh tomatoes
    fresh shredded parmesan
    Onions
    cucumbers (optional)
    Garlic
    olive oil
    Fresh parsley
    Italian or French bread
    Fresh basil
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, onion, basil, and parsley to taste.
    Mince garlic.
    Mix together and add olive oil.
    Mixture will be liquidly.
    Spoon onto bread slice and top with cheese.
    Serve immediately.
