Spicy Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1/3 c. salsa (I use medium)
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
Preparation
    Cut pork into bite size pieces. Place in plastic bag with taco mix and shake until well coated. Brown in skillet in small amount of oil. Add salsa and marmalade; simmer for 10 minutes or until pork is done. Serve over rice.
